Maintaining a Share Library

In this article we will provide an overview of the Share Library functionality for Teams on the Creatable Dashboard.

The Share Library is a powerful tool that enables brands to empower their sales teams with pre-configured and approved content for distribution to specific destinations.

Each video or photo that is uploaded to the Share Library can be preconfigured with approved post text, approved share destinations, as well as specific start and end dates that an asset is available to be shared.

As the brand, you determine which products in your catalog are matched to each asset in the Share Library.

Finally, you can control exactly which employees within your team have access to share each asset. Access can be granted and controlled by specific pre-configured creator Tiers on your account, or by individual salesperson.
