As an admin, you play a crucial role in managing creator accounts on Creatable. This article guides you through the process of reviewing and updating creator account statuses.

Account Statuses
When a creator account is created, it's assigned a "NEW" status. You can update this status after reviewing the account. The following statuses are available:
- New: New creator account
- Approved: Creator added to brand's list of salespeople
- Review: Creator account is under review and is pending approval
- Suspended: Creator account suspended
- Temporarily Suspended: Creator account temporarily suspended
- Rejected: Creator account rejected
Updating Creator Account Status
To update a creator's account status:
- Log in to your Creatable account
- Navigate to the Salespeople screen in the Team section
- Search and select the creator
- Click the link/name of the creator
- In the details page, update the Account status
- Click "Save" to confirm the update
System Updates and Creator Experience
If the status is updated to "Suspended", "Rejected", or "Reviewed", the creator's access to the mobile app is revoked. The creator will experience different scenarios depending on their brand relationships:
- Single brand relationship: Creator will be logged out and receive a suspension message upon trying to log back in.
- Multiple brand relationships: Creator will no longer have access to the suspended brand, but can still access other approved brands.
- No active relationships: Creator will receive a suspension message and cannot log in.
