Data Dictionary

At Creatable, we track the entire funnel, starting with social engagements and ending with conversions on site. You will find the breakdown of metrics by category below as well as a glossary of key terms and metrics to follow. All data is exportable via API and integrations with Adobe and Google Analytics, also further explained below.

Engagement on Social Media

Creators who have connected with their social accounts on the app will have the performance of campaign posts tracked based on a program or campaign hashtag on applicable social media networks.

Engagement on Site

Consumer engagement with creator content that is published to your site on Creator Storefronts, Product Pages and other parts of your site, is all tracked on the Creatable platform.

Revenue

Sales from engagement with creator content on site through engagements with video and photo content, and on social, via clicks on trackable links to your site, are all tracked and reported on the dashboard.

Qualified Sales

A transaction that occurs within 30 days following a Qualifying Event, by the same cookied user

Qualifying Event

A Video Event, Photo Event, or Product Link Event, as the case may be

A Video View, a click on a matched product on a video, or a visit to a storefront where the first asset is a video

Photo Event

A Photo View, a click on a matched product on a photo, or a visit to a storefront where the first asset is a photo

Browsing Session

A continuous period of user activity in the browser, where successive events are separated by no more than 30 minutes

Verified Social Platforms

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube and Twitter, for which a user has completed a social sync process
