Integrating with Impact

A key benefit of our integration with Impact is that it lets you manage your affiliate commissions, attribution, returns and payout window in a mixed environment. Activity on Creatable shows up in your broader Impact reporting, making it easier to pull data together. You can easily attribute activity tracked via Impact to your advocacy program on Creatable.

How it works

Integrating with Impact is easy. There are 2 main integration points:

1. Adding “Creatable” as an affiliate.
2. A product feed file

Setting up Creatable as an affiliate is a crucial part of the integration. This allows Creatable to receive commission payment via Impact in order to payout creators. It also enables Creatable to leverage the real time link generation API for the creation of trackable links for videos, photos or storefront links.

A product feed file can be provided and delivered on a daily basis by Impact. This can be setup by your Creatable account manager once Creatable has been set up as an affiliate.

The following steps must be followed in order to complete the integration

Add Creatable as an affiliate

This can be done along with your Creatable account manager. They will assist you in adding Creatable as an affiliate to your Impact account.

Once Creatable has been set up as an affiliate, this will allow your Creatable account manager to access the account and obtain an API key used for the Creatable platform to interact with Impact. Once they have this, they will complete the set up of the integration.

Provide a product feed file

Your Creatable account manager will be able to set up and configure a daily product feed file to be ingested by Creatable from Impact.
