      Data health monitoring

      The following article explains how you can monitor the health of your data flows with Creatable

      Data health monitoring is an integral part of using the Creatable platform. Platform monitoring cover these key areas:

      1. Product catalog
      2. Link tracking pixel
      3. Conversion tracking pixel
      4. Content API
      5. Analytics API
      6. Team API

      You can find the data health monitor in the Account > Integrations section of the platform.

      The data health monitor offers the following status indications:

      No data received: This means that data is not being received.

      Receiving data: This means that data is being received.

      Data stream interrupted: This means that an abnormal pattern in your data flow has been detected triggering notifications to both Creatable support and account users.
